Platform Usage:

- You will use our platform solely for the purpose of accessing pet care services. - You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities while using our platform. - You agree not to misuse or attempt to manipulate any ratings, reviews, or feedback mechanisms available on the platform.

Intellectual Property:

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights related to our platform belong to the Company, and you agree not to use or reproduce any such intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Liability and Indemnification:

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our platform. - The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our platform. - The Company does not guarantee the availability or quality of services provided by third-party service providers. - If you engage in direct transactions with service providers outside the platform, we do not encourage such actions and will not be responsible for any issues, disputes, or losses resulting from such transactions.

- Refunds for Vetiq subscriptions are eligible only within 24 hours of purchase. - Refunds are processed only if no subscription credits have been used. - If any credits are used, the subscription purchase becomes non-refundable.

Contract between Users and Service Providers:

By booking a service through the platform, you enter into a direct agreement with the service provider. Poodles PetCare is not a party to any service agreement and is not responsible for the quality or outcome of services provided.

Non-Solicitation Clause:

Users agree not to engage service providers outside the platform for similar services to ensure platform integrity. Breach of this clause may result in account suspension.

Privacy and Data Protection:

- We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. - Users agree to the collection and use of their data for service facilitation and improvement. - We implement security measures to protect user data, but we are not liable for unauthorized access due to external breaches.

Dispute Resolution:
